The deadline for the applications are set to 15 July, 2004 (extended deadline).
The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) is the only organisation participating in the ESOF that actively brings in Asian participation to the meeting. The sponsorship would provide a unique opportunity for Euroscience to be a venue for Asian scientists and specialists to interact with their European counterparts in line with the 6th Framework Programme of the European Commission. The new framework outlines a European Research Area with an opportunity for collaboration between European scientists and those from developing countries in Asia. For more information about ASEF, please visit http://env.asef.org.

The call for applications is closed (deadline 20 June, 2004). The Marie Curie Fellowship Association (MCFA) contributes to the selection of candidates and UNESCO-ROSTE entrusted MCFA with the management of its grants.
