The once held opinion that most psychopaths become serial killers and pedophiles has been seriously challenged in recent years with research showing that some well-educated and highly polished individuals with psychopathic personalities can and do enter corporations. Some even rising to high levels of executive management. Dr. Babiak will discuss his research and theories into this phenomenon and share the development of the B-Scan 360 (tm), an instrument designed to reveal relevant psychopathic features in high potential executive candidates.
