Health and disease: does gender matter?

There are established differences between the sexes in the prevalence and severity of a broad range of diseases, and in the response to therapy. Leading researchers and physicians discuss the how these difference influence HRT studies and gender studies. How gender studies influence national public health plans will also be discussed.
